Can the CIS Certificate be reformatted to show the data down the page rather than across the page? It is very difficult to read, even if changed to Landscape

I can see the challenge of reading the certificate. However, the option to reformat it is not available.

I would recommend zooming the page to clearly see the data by pressing the Ctrl and the + keys on your keyboard. Then, press the Ctrl and the - keys to return to the original display scale.
