cant find old invoices

In the meantime, please check for the missing transactions by logging into the original QBSE website. If they're not visible there, verify the new platform via the sign-in link.

 

To resolve this and ensure your account is up to date, you can manually upload those invoices by heading to the Gear icon > Import Data > Invoices, then following the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
