Hi There

 

I have two accounts

 

[2 account names removed]

 

I can't find Pablo [removed].  They are both listed as [removed].

The reason you can't find the other company file could be that the other account is inactive, Pablo.

 

To verify the status, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online account and select the Canceled Companies to confirm.

 

 

If the account is listed there and you wish to resubscribe, click on the company file, and you will be prompted to complete the resubscription process by following the on-screen instructions.

 

If you are not prompted, you can follow these steps to navigate to the subscription page:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon, and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.



  3. Enter the Payment information and Billing address.
  4. Once done, press Resubscribe.
