Does anybody know how to add into app accountant details?

Hello, @info2385. If you're trying to add your accountant using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile application, we're unable to perform this action. Instead, you'll have to sign in to your QBO account through a web browser as a primary admin or company admin. Then, follow the steps below to proceed:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right corner and select Manage users.
  2. From that page, switch to the Accounting Firms tab.
  3. Click the Invite or Invite firm button.
  4. Enter your accountants' information and hit Save.

 

Your accountant will then receive an email invitation. Please note that this link expires after 30 days. Once they accept, their status will change from Invited to Active, providing your accountant and their firm members with admin access to your company data.
