In the meantime, you can perform app troubleshooting, as an app issue can affect how the QuickBooks app functions.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Select QuickBooks app.
  3. Tap Storage and choose Clear Data.

 

For IOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select App, then tap iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose QuickBooks App, then Offload.

 

If the problem continues, you can uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks app to ensure it functions properly.

 

Alternatively, you can sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using a web browser and upload files from your computer or Google Drive.
