If QuickBooks Online isn't the right fit for you, you can cancel your subscription or trial by following the steps below:
1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device. 2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user. 3. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing. 4. Note: If you don't see the Subscriptions and billing tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. 5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial. 6. Follow the on-screen steps.
