Hi, I was able to manage DD mandates via All lists in QB. Since this evening they have 'disappeared'. Any idea how to find a list of Dd mandates?

Upon checking here on my end, I've found out that there's an ongoing investigation into locating Mandates within the Lists section of QuickBooks Online.

Please know that our team is currently working on getting a better understanding of this matter, determining its root cause, and ultimately resolving it. With this, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support Team so they can add you to the affected users and update you once there's a possible resolution.

2. Enter your question and select Continue.
