Hi there, jtbgunners.

We understand your concern regarding the £1.20 charge labeled as "QuickBooks Payroll," especially since you do not have any employees. Let me provide some clarity on this.

Please note that if you have an active QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription, this charge is related to that. Even without employees, a payroll subscription can still incur fees based on the plan or service you've selected.

However, if you are not actively using the payroll services or would like to prevent further charges, we recommend contacting our Customer Phone Support team as soon as possible. They can assist you with cancelling your payroll subscription or reviewing the charges further.

To contact:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the Help menu.
  2. Click on Contact Us from the Search tab.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Choose a way to connect with support.

If you have more questions or concerns, please leave a reply below. We'd be glad to help.
