Hi there used to be a rolling 12moths in the sales total amount now it's not there. any idea? if its gone how can I track rolling 12 months?

Tracking your sales will provide a clear view of your business performance. We'll show you some of the ways you can track the rolling twelve-month sales total in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Before we proceed, could you please confirm the specific area in QuickBooks where you previously saw the rolling twelve-month sales total? Any extra details, like a screenshot, would greatly help us better understand your concern and offer the most accurate solution.

 

In the meantime, you can head over to the Sales menu or create a customized sales report to find the data you need. To get the rolling twelve-month sales total, simply set the Date or Report period to Last 12 Months or use the Custom dates option to manually enter the date range.
