You can change the company type by navigating to the Cog > Settings > Company > Company type > Tax form.

If you're looking to switch from QB Online to QB Self-Employed, you would instead cancel your subscription and take out a new account from our website. Due to differences in the products, it isn't possible to migrate data, however, you can export reports and other data from QBO before you go.
