First, ensure you're logged in as the master admin of the QuickBooks Online company in question. Then follow the steps below:
Click the Gear icon.
Select Account and settings.
Go to the Company tab.
Under the Contact info section, edit the company email address beside the Company email.
When finished, press Save, then Done.
