How do I change the bank account in this system

Are you disconnecting an online banking feed or updating your subscription billing details? The process for changing a bank account varies depending on what you need to achieve.

If you want to change your connected online banking account, take a few minutes to review your transactions before disconnecting your account from QuickBooks so you don't lose any important data. You can exclude specific transactions or manually add others that QuickBooks didn't automatically match.

Once you have reviewed your transactions, you can disconnect the old account and connect your new one.

However, if you want to change the bank account used for your QuickBooks billing, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
2. Review the information in each section. (If you need to see your invoices from the last six months, select View payment history.)
3. Find the Payment method section and select the Edit icon ✎.
4. Update your information, and your changes will save automatically.
