How do I will add a signature in the custom form of an invoice?

Electronic signatures make the invoicing process easy and mess-free, Mee1977.

For now, the option for adding a signature in an invoice is available in QuickBooks Online Mobile App. You can download and install the app by going to this link: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails?shortName=qbo-mobile

If you're using the browser, you can import an invoice template and manually add the signature. 

Let's make sure that the Import Style option is turned on by following these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Under Your Company, click QuickBooks Labs.
3. Turn on the Import Style option.
4. Click Done.

Once done, go to back to the Gear and select Custom Form Styles to import the template.

Here's how:

1. From the Custom Form Styles page, click the New Style drop-down menu.
2. Select Import Style.
3. Click the Download a sample link.
4. Edit the template and add the picture of your signature.
5. Save the file and upload it to see how it looks.
