Hello, @totheninesboutiq.

There are different ways to disconnect a PayPal account from QuickBooks depending on how you've integrated it. Let me walk you through how to do it.

If you have connected PayPal as a third-party app, here's how:

  1. Go to the Apps menu.
  2. Choose the My Apps tab.
  3. From the Action column, click the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Settings.
  5. From there, click on Disconnect and complete the short questionnaire.
  6. Click Disconnect to remove the app from your company file.

On the other hand, if you have connected PayPal as a bank account, you can perform the steps below.

  1. Choose the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Pick the blue tile for your bank account.
  4. Click the pencil ✎ icon.
  5. Select Edit account info.
  6. Mark the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  7. Select Save and close.

Just a heads-up, once your PayPal account is disconnected from QuickBooks, any transactions that are currently listed in the For Review tab will also be deleted.
