Matching bank transactions to an invoice in QuickBooks Sole Trader isn’t available, Fusion.

You can categorise the transaction into the right category to accurately represent your income and expenses. Then, identify these entries to sort your Business and Personal records. To do this:

  1. In your QuickBooks Sole Trader account, navigate to Transactions and click Bank Transactions.
  2. Find the specific transaction and select Business or Personal under the Type column.
  3. Click on the Edit pencil icon and choose the appropriate category for the entry.
  4. Then, Save.

If you need additional guidance when categorising these transactions, you can always seek help from your professional accountant. This way, your books stay accurate and balanced.
