Question

HSBC have just updated their website and now I can't pull through the feed. QBO says that it has done it all ok, but there are no transactions?

Did you received a specific error message or code, l-mcmahon?

 

If none, a simple manual update might do the trick. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu. 
  2. Select the Banking tab. 
  3. Go to the account involved. 
  4. Click Updates at the upper right part.
