Question

I am filing to Nest Pensions but get "rejected" and error "something went wrong". I checked my credentials and the employee details. Any suggestions what else to try?

With that in mind, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll phone support team. They have the complete tools to review your account in a safe environment, 

 

Additionally, they can help you identify the root cause of the error that prevents you from filing Nest Pensions in QBO. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu in the upper right section.
  2. Select the Search tab. Then, type in the error message in the field provided below and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
  3. Click the Contact Us tab below.
  4. Choose how you would like to talk to us:
    * Callback - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT
    * Chat - Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM GMT


While working towards fixing the error, you can manually submit it to Nest to avoid late filing.
