Question

I am having issues linking my bank. The website version loading screen spins forever without loading, I've discovered I'm not alone with this. Please advise

Before anything else please ensure that your internet connection is stable before proceeding. A slow or unstable connection can cause loading issues. Additionally, excessive cache in your browser can lead to unexpected behavior with the product, which may be why you're unable to link your bank account. To address this, you can try signing in to your QBO account using a private or "incognito" browser mode. This can help your computer or device run more efficiently by preventing interference from extensions, plugins, or cookies. Here are the shortcut keys for these browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO. If you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.

I have tried this with multiple browsers. Same issue. It begins with an eternal load screen from the beginning. After it gives me the option to to re subscribe. Once I close this it spins and spins. I'm already paying a subscription through Google play. Is it time I cancel this until this is resolved? Please advise
