I am not receiving authentication code through phone number or text when I am sending QB invite

Mobile network shortcode restrictions can prevent you from receiving authentication codes for QuickBooks Online invitations. To resolve this, make sure your phone or mobile carrier is not blocking messages from Intuit's shortcode numbers 88811 and 97962.

 

Then, select I didn’t get a text message or Call me instead to request a new code. Use the most recent, as older or expired codes will result in an error. For more troubleshooting steps, see this article: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
