I am unable to upload my QuickBooks Online Certification Level 1 to my Credly account. as it is not Open Badge 2.0 or 3.0 standards. How can i get this badge type?

2. Click the Help (?) icon.
3. Select the Contact Us button at the bottom.
4. In the What can we help you with? Section, select Ask about something else, and type in your concern.
5. Click Continue and choose a way to connect: Chat or Schedule an appointment.
