I cant connect to my Jersey bank to download info January, what do i have to do, i have tried reregistering but My accountants say that banks are not accepted by QB.

Jersey bank is not yet available on the new open banking connections, all standard feed connections have been disconnected, so you will have to csv the transactions in until there is an available connection for the bank.
