I had yearly subscription on the app but for some reason it didn’t work so some how they took money from from 3 different sources

Could you please tell me which app you're referring to? Is it an online app or a desktop application? When you say it didn't work, could you clarify what you mean? Did you encounter any errors? Also, could you explain what you mean by them taking money from three different sources? Are these charges being made to a card saved in your QuickBooks?
