I have downloaded the P60s but it hasn't formatted correctly - is there a way of rectifying it as it has no English text on it?

The P60 shows the tax you've paid on your salary in the tax year. Yes, let's go to your current browser and change the default location of the downloaded files through the settings. The steps depend on which browser you're using, so I'm adding the article I recommend on this (scroll down to Performing troubleshooting for download issues):

If the problem continues, let's proceed with accessing your QuickBooks account through a private browser. Please follow the shortcut keys below:

• Google Chrome: press CTRL  + Shift + N.
• Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P.
• Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P.
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

If you're able to download the form through the private browser, please switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also try switching to a different supported browser to help identify if the cause of the problem is system or browser-related.
