I have tried to upload receipts but they wont appear any reason why

I have tried several times and whilst it says it is processing, the receipts then do not appear

Hi there, @hamol2025. Delays in processing may occur due to an issue with your browser.

 

You can troubleshoot your browser by accessing your account in a private or incognito window. To open this window, use the following shortcuts: Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome, Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, or Command + Shift + N for Safari.

 

Also, ensure your internet connection is stable. Then, try logging out and logging back in or using a different supported browser. These steps can help resolve loading issues and get you back on track.
