I have upgraded from QB Sole Trader to Sole Trader Plus and none of my current or previous invoices have been transferred over!

    Hi there, info2387. After upgrading your QuickBooks plan, your existing data, including invoices, should remain accessible in your account.


    I recommend opening your QuickBooks Sole Trader Plus account in a private browser (incognito) or trying a different supported browser. This ensures you’re working with a fresh cache, as stored data can sometimes prevent transactions from displaying correctly.
     

    If the issue persists across different browsers, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support team during their available hours, as they can check your account and investigate why your invoices aren’t appearing after the upgrade. You can contact them by clicking the Help (?) button > Search tab > Enter “Contact Us” > Choose Callback or Chat.
