I want to downgrade my subscription but cannot see the option in subscriptions. I was transferred my account by my accountant but don't need essentials

The reason you’re unable to see the option to downgrade your subscription is likely because your accountant still manages the billing for your account. To downgrade to Simple Start, you’ll need to contact your accountant and ask them to make this change on your behalf.


If you’d prefer to manage your own subscription moving forward, you can request that your accountant transfer both billing and primary admin access to you.
