QBs is stating that my FPS submissions have been successful - I have just started using QB payroll online wef new UK tax year.I have received no notifications through from HMRC that they have been receiving my submissions though and it does not appear QBs have yet charged me for using payroll How can I check this is working on QBs?

I have a registered copy of QB Pro 2015 Desktop and have had a virus on the PC where it was installed.  I have backups of the data but can no longer locate the install CD/box for QB so cannot get the licence key/product. How can I recover the key and product from Quickbooks (it doesn't appear in my account when I log in) ?

I restarted an old subscription but the app is not updating to the new paid subscription. It keeps offering me the option to subscribe then says I’m already subscribed. It cycles between these 2 pages but never actually takes me to my new subscription. 

I am very new to all of this as a new business owner but I am starting to understand the main things on how the tax and self assessment works. I have recently joined QuickBooks, I have an employed income (which I have added an annual estimate in my profile) and a self employed income, I believe I put my employed income as 'personal transaction' but then my estimated tax payment is still showing as £0, is this right? Help please :)!!

How to I export a group of receipts (say 20 relating to one job or the receipts for the month of April)? I can only find a function to download each receipt manually from the transaction itself or to export the whole tax year using the report function.

Hi  none of my transactions are downloading from any of my bank accounts from any bank. I have Barclays and Lloyds and neither are working. I have reset all the connections many times, and have logged in and out of all devices. my balances on the accounts are correct, but the transactions are all missing since Thursday evening. how do I fix this or is this a global problem and if so when will there be a fix.

HelloI use QB Self Employed in the UK.I am a sales agent and all of my invoices contain a sales commission componant at various % levels, depending on my agreement with the principle.I can find no facility that allows me to automatically calculate this and as such, I am doing all the calculations in Excel and then transferring that into the INVOICE ITEMS field on the invoice and typing the result into the amount column.QB SE UK will calculate mileage using the user input mileage rate. Why can't it do the same for commission? I would imagine that there are thousands of people whom work on a commission basis.THX

I have an account which should not be on QBO and I need to just be using one account for all my transactions.   I need to migrate all the transactions across from the account I want to make redundant - in to the correct 'Current' account.   I accidentally had two accounts running, but they are in fact the same bank account.

Hi,  I'm trying to export Quickbooks Desktop file to Online version. I keep getting an error as below:QuickBooks Online requires the asset account type for stock items to be Asset or equivalent. Please change the account type for this item from 'Sales' to 'Asset' or equivalent. All stock items have Stock Asset account applied as their Asset Account. I'm also unable to identify the stock item that is apparently causing this error. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

I am using the Self Employed version of QuickBooks and I have been recording my mileage using the App, however how do I enter my fuel receipts? Do I simply split the receipt between business and personal? Also what do I need to do with the 'total deductions' available from tracking my mileage?

Hi, we are trying to install Quickbooks Pro 2016 on a Windows 10 computer.When we try and Activate the software, it asks us to fill in the registration info but then we get the following error:"unable to contact database"There doesn't seem to be any other way to activate.Can anyone help? See screenshot of error message attached
