How do I view the transactions in the owner drawings account?

I tried to run an employee report, and all I get is a  "Time Activities by Customer Detail Report"I do not need that report - I requested an employee report. Has anyone else had this issue?Why does QB online not fix these reporting issues, its a nightmare.

HI Hoping someone can help and explain.  I have a client that is currently subscribed to QB Online - has been using the service for over a year now.  I have just opened my own QB Accountant and she would like to be billed through my Wholesale Account.  She is currently paying directly to QB - can i move her without closing her Account?  and how do i go about this so that she is not paying twice Many thanks in advance 

How do I work out the creditors with amounts falling due after more than one year, from those due within one year, for the balance sheet and should they all be shown as one figure on the trial balances at year end?

How do I put a back date in for SSP.  I need to show an employee sick in Feb but have already run payroll without showing this and now can't put this date in in March!

I'm looking to upgrade from QB Pro 2016 to Pro 2018 or 2019. All that seems to be on offer is a monthly licence or a move to a monthly cloud service. Both will cost nearly 3 times what I've been paying in the past (not going to happen!) as I need purchase orders. Are perpetual licences for Desktop still available in the UK?

Whenever I login to QBO using Chrome I get the 'Lets make sure its you' display and I have to change my password. Once logged in I can use QBO as normal. However when I logout and log back in again I get the same message and have to change my password. I have cleared cache and cookies and also tried the incognito mode, but still get the same issue.Using IE or FireFox does not give this issue.

I have between 3000-6000 products to install - the big range exists as there are many products that need culling. Is there a more efficient way of importing that many products than at 1000 a time? Cheers 

I'm trying to add a total to the bottom of my invoices. When I go to customise my Invoice it shows there and while I'm raising the invoice but not on an actual invoice that is completed and sent. I already use the Sub-total as I have several jobs billed to the same customer. Due to being CIS it would be very helpful to have a total on before tax as well as the after tax that shows currently. if someone could tell me how to add this or if its even possible that would be great  thanks in advance Mike

Hello, I sell my products at amazon.co.uk I have 5 store at amazon. I am planning to use Quickbook Plus for bookkeeping. I need to know which apps would be better for me to integrate Amazon with QBO? Can I integrate 5 stores with QBO using a single app?

I have taken up QuickBooks Online to comply the HMRC requires for MTD, purely because my current accounts program is not able to send the information.  I do not want to change the way we raise and issue invoices, I only want to record them on an accounts package.  Is it possible to record an invoice on QuickBooks without having the create an invoice in it?  I get the impression that the system is very inflexible and quite frankly very long winded. We are steel fabricators, thus we contract for jobs, usually on a fixed price.  Hence, we are not selling specific items, not generally selling labour by the hour and the description of the work can take several line of an invoice with one line showing the cost. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I have had 2 cases now where my customers have tried to pay an invoice using their iPhone, and paying by card on the Paypal platform. Not sure if this is a Paypal issue or QB Online. Anyone else had this experience in the UK?

I have a complaint against a sales manager, he has sold me the product that he mentioned would have the whole lot eg payrol and CIS and since he has set up my account he has not taken my call and has left me to it. Got into contact with another manager he helped me at first but now doesn’t get back to you, gave me a number to customer service who take minimum 30 mins or longer to answer when they say it’s 3 minute waiting time. I really need to speak to someone.
