Hi Folks,First time poster here.Does anyone know how to disable the new Nag Screen popup that appears at the bottom of the screen after logging on? The one that is asking me to refer a friend.I was forced into using QB Online when Desktop was discontinued and am still not at all happy about it for many reasons. I am highly unlikely to refer a friend and don't see why I should be asked to market Intuit products on their behalf everytime that I login!

Is there any way to turn off the auto fill for check numbers?  Frustrating to have to correct.I see QBO customers have been asking this since 2019.Can we turn off autofill dates in fields eg Bill Numbers 

Once again my clients are not receiving my invoices (after receiving them for months).   Is there another issue with the system?  I'm QBSE.

We sold our business including all remaining products and the trademark. How does this get recorded in Quickbooks? Normally we would create an invoice and then receive payment against it... but I'm guessing there is more to it than that. Thanks!

Hi all, new today and trying to get my head around a few things,1st one is, I am employed and self-employed so I was looking at how to add my employment.I have seen many posts discuss you need to add it to your tax profile like in this Posthowever where is this damned tax profile I keep hearing about, I select the tog at top of the screen and there is no Tax Profile.. ?Can anyone shred any light on this.Attached is a screen shot of what options I have 

I have just started up quick books I now own a mobile mechanics business and just needing help with the products and services one , I made my own on up for labour which is fine, so that will now show up as profit , but I buy car parts in for customers and sell them for there cars , what categories do I put that down on as It’s making my profit look high as it’s counting the parts as a profit.

I seem to be having issues when I try to create an invoice on QB Online. Since yesterday when I try to save a completed invoice or send one to a client the amount on the invoice is set to paid???  

I have received an invite from my client based in the UK .. whenever I try to accept the invite and fill in my login info its redirects me to make a new firm account Why can't I accept my invitation? 

My mileage hasn’t been tracking for the past 3 weeks now. I checked out all troubleshooting fixes and the only one that works is to open the app whilst driving and have it on in the background, but this is no good because I never remember to do this! I’ve tried sending a report on this issue and even that won’t work, when I try to submit the report it says I have to set up an email account in settings under passwords and accounts, but when I click on settings there isn’t even an option to go to settings and accounts, and my email is already set up on my account anyway so I e no idea what it means.

For the last few days now when I'm snapshotting receipts or uploading PDF's I am getting the error in the question. This has never happened before. I've tried refreshing cache's and other things. It's quite annoying when I'm trying to do lots of admin.

Who do I go to to get help on here ?

I am using their Data Export Tool and I am finding that when I have to log into my QBD company it is repeating each character that I type eg D gets entered as DD, if I click Backspace once it deletes two characters. I worked around this issue by typing my password elsewhere and then I copied and pasted into the password box, it got entered twice, I then used my cursor to get to the middle and then I used the Delete key to delete all the characters after the cursor. A second issue is, when I finally manage to enter my password, I get a pop up which says:'You can't perform this action as this QuickBooks product is no longer available.....' see attachment for image of pop up. If I close this pop up then my company opens no problem. Is this because I took a copy of the company file after 30 June 2023 ( we got an extension and so have access to end October). Are these just weird glitches with the Data Export Tool? Has anyone else had these issues?

When I try to add the payments its says, something isnt right. Obviously the payments do not match the whole loan amount, as it is over 10 years and it hasn't been 10 years. I'm stuck? Please help!!

Hello, I got an email from QBO Care today stating the following:   Dear Valued QuickBooks Online Customer,We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. The resolution has been implemented and this bank account should be ready for your use.If you require additional information, please call QuickBooks Support at [removed] to speak with a support person directly or you can use the Help link found on the top right of any screen in your QuickBooks Online company. From there, you can search for the best answer to fit your question or contact QuickBooks Customer Care if needed.Thank you,QuickBooks Online Support   The issue is I never asked for any support recently from Quickbooks and the subject line of the email references a case number that I cannot find any record of in the past. Can someone let me know if they've also received any similar emails umprompted?

I've now started moving a second business over to QBO from QBD. Although there seems to be some stupidly strange decisions with customisation of form, please tell me that there is a section to at least add my company logo to purchase orders? 

Is there a contact helpline for Quickbooks? The online chat people don't understand what I'm asking them.
