Question

Is anyone else getting a problem with logging in to the intuit quickbooks account, saying access is denied, I have tried reactivation but the review was denied?

I’m having an issue accessing our QuickBooks Online account for our company, RAAD Institute. When I try to sign in to my Intuit account, I immediately receive the message “Access is denied.” This happens even when I try from different devices and browsers. I was previously asked by Intuit to reactivate/verify my account by providing my personal details and scanning my passport. I completed the verification process and received an email confirming that my request was under review. However, a few days later, I received another email saying that my reactivation request was denied, without providing any reason. I have now submitted the reactivation request again, but I would like to understand why the previous request was denied and how I can speak to someone at Intuit about this. This is particularly concerning because the issue is not limited to my account. The Primary Admin of our QuickBooks company account and another authorised Accountant user are also unable to log in and are experiencing access issues. We have already tried different devices, browsers and login methods, but the problem remains. Can someone advise how I can contact QuickBooks/Intuit support without being able to sign in, and how I can have the reactivation denial investigated?

I hear you. Since you are unable to sign in, you can contact Intuit support directly through this page so they can securely look up your account, investigate the denied request, and guide you through verification.
