I've checked our records and found that we've received similar cases concerning bank transactions not matching invoices or receipts. I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. They will also notify you via email about updates regarding the issue.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
2. Click the Search tab, then Contact us.
3. Choose a topic to connect with the right expert.
4. Select how would you like to connect with us.
