Is it possible to delete outdated cost/rate information from the invoice description drop-down box in QBSE - any idea how I can do this?

In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), there is no option to remove outdated cost or rate items from the invoice description drop-down menu. However, you can still edit the amounts for Products or Services that are no longer in use.

Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Invoices tab.
2. Choose an invoice and under Action, click on Edit to update.
3. Click the three vertical dots next to the Amount field.
4. Hit Edit saved item and rename it as Not in use or any label of your choice.
5. And Save the changes.
