The monthly potential deduction or amount to claim back are listed in graph per month. To see your monthly total miles, set the Tax Year filter to custom date and select the start and end of the specific month. QuickBooks Online now displays your total business mileage for the entire year.

1. Go to All apps and select Expenses & Bills.
2. Click Mileage, then select Custom date from the Tax Year drop-down.
3. Pick a start and end date, then Save.
