My auto payroll says "You can’t run payroll for this pay date because it’s not in your active tax year. Update your active tax year in Payroll settings to run payroll."

Since the error is still there after you updated your tax year in Payroll Settings, I recommend contacting our Live Support team directly. They have specialized tools to see what's happening on your end and can guide you on the next steps.

Just click the Help (?) icon in the upper right of your screen. From the Search tab, enter Contact Us and select the button below. Enter your concern in the box, then click Continue.
