My bank account and credit card are not synching/updating despite numerous times of checking the connection, what needs doing?

    Hi there, Shesh07. Did you encounter any specific error message when updating your bank or credit card? If so, please share the details or a screenshot to help us provide a tailored answer.

    In the meantime, let’s manually refresh your bank feeds by going to the Transactions tab and clicking the Refresh button. Once done, check if your data is now syncing into QuickBooks.

    If the issue persists, you can manually import transactions to keep your records accurate. If duplicates appear once the connection is fixed, you can simply exclude them.

    Once you’ve completed these steps, your account should update normally, and your transactions will remain accurate and up to date.
