Question

My company logo has disappeared on my invoices and there appears to be nowhere to add it now using my computer. If I look at the app via my phone its there, apps ok

The phone app is fine but it still doesn't appear whilst using my office computer. I imagine something is stripping it out but I don't know what. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it looks awful and cheap now. Cheers, Mark.

Adding a company logo on an invoice through a mobile app differs from the process when using a web browser.

 

Here's how to add a logo to an invoice using your computer:

 

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Invoices menu at the left panel.

 

        3. Select an invoice.

        4. At the center bottom, click on Edit work info, then hit on the Logo box.

 

 

      5. Choose the logo you want to input.

      6. Once done, click Save.

 

On the other-hand, possible reason the logo might not be displaying on your computer could be due to a browser-related issue like corrupted data . To fix this, you can use incognito mode to have a clean slate. If issue persists, you can utilize other supported browser.
