my QuickBooks quick snap will not upload photos anymore

1. Open the app and go to the Help menu.
2. Select the Help and Support tab, then choose Contact Us.
3. Enter your issue or concern in the provided field.
4. Tap Continue.
5. Choose either the Chat or Callback option to get help

In the meantime, you can upload your receipts using your mobile browser.
