Quicks app iOS problems

Anyone else’s quick books app on iOS 

not working or loading up correctly 

can’t seem to raise a invoice without the app freezing or crashing

QuickBooks support have been useless 

and  have taken 2 weeks to reply and yet to come back with anything to solve the issues
