There are specific requirements that must be met when uploading a receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Callum.
To assist you better, could you let us know what device you’re currently using to upload your receipts? Any additional details you can provide will help us troubleshoot the issue more accurately.
Please note that when uploading receipts to QBO, we recommend avoiding sensitive or personal information like credit card numbers. Additionally, QuickBooks supports only certain file formats, such as PDF, JPEG, JPG, and PNG, and Receipt Snap works exclusively with home currency.
If you are using the Android mobile app to upload receipts, I recommend uploading the receipts using a supported web browser in the meantime.
Here's how you can upload the receipts using a web browser:
Click Upload from your computer or Upload from Google Drive.
Select and add the receipts.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting one of our live experts. They can assist in identifying the cause of the unsuccessful receipt upload and provide a real-time resolution.

I'm having the same problem in that it's not uploading bills from my computer. It says processing and then they just disappear. Is there a problem with it?
