Signing up error

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Let me help ensure you're able to sign up to the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) for the UK. 

Do you have an existing QBSE account US version? If so, you'll need to change the user ID so you can use it when signing up to QBSE for the UK version. 

When changing the user ID on the QBSE US, make sure you're on the trial account. If not, you need to cancel your account. 

To change your user ID, here's how:

1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
2. Select the Gear icon  at the top.
3. Click Intuit Account.
4. To change your user ID, select Edit.
5. Enter the password, then click Save.

Once done, you can now sign up to the QBSE UK using the original user ID you've used for the US version: https://uk.selfemployed.intuit.com/login.
