Stock Inventory Not Updated

Hi 

we have Quickbooks Online and have just saved a P/O to a bill which usually updates my stock quantities automatically.

It hasn't this time so I logged out and back in a couple of times but the quantities are still incorrect.

Any suggestions?

You'll want to ensure the items on the Purchase Order are properly set up as Inventory Items, Debbie.

 

When creating the Bill, make sure it is correctly linked to the Purchase Order. Verify that the items and quantities on the Bill match those on the Purchase Order, as any discrepancies could prevent accurate inventory updates.

 

 

If the issue persists, try clearing your browser's cache. A corrupted cache can cause unusual behavior and impact the software's functionality, leading to discrepancies.
