Hello @datc421. Thank you for specifying the exact error you encountered while reauthenticating your bank in QuickBooks.

 

To resolve this issue, refresh your browser, then disconnect and reconnect your bank account 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On your Bank Transactions page, select the account tile for Monzo Bank.
  2. Click the Pencil icon and choose Edit account details.
  3. Check the box labeled Disconnect this account on save.
  4. Choose Yes when prompted.
  5. Reconnect your bank account to complete the reauthentication process.

I tried that and also tried it in incognito mode and it still fails

 

It has been escalated to T2 suport and they are investigating it.

 

I'll updated when I hear anything
