Upgraded from self employed and lost ALL data!

I upgraded to simple start and attempted to transfer data from QBSE to simple start. The transfer failed and now my data is nowhere. How do I retrieve it? The customer services have been absolutely useless and I have invoices I need to send and my tax return to do....
