Thanks for reaching out — you're definitely in the right place.

On 2 March 2026, between 16:43 and 19:00 GMT, a system issue may have affected VAT calculations on transactions created or modified during that window. Here's how to identify and fix any impacted transactions:

  1. Go to the Cog icon (top right), then select Audit Log under Tools.
  2. Set the date filter to 02/03/2026 and Events to All Transactions.
  3. Look for transactions created between 16:43–19:00 GMT — those are the ones to review
  4. Open each transaction and check the VAT line at the bottom — if VAT is missing, open it, confirm the correct VAT code and inclusive/exclusive calculation method are set, then Save.

For full guidance, this article walks through everything step by step: Action Required: Review VAT on transactions created or modified between 4:43pm and 7:00pm GMT on 2 March 2026
