Hi, yin. QBO doesn’t have a direct phone number you can call. Just go through the Help menu in the software to avoid scams. You’ll need to ask for a callback or start a chat there. 

Here's how:

1. On the upper right corner, click on (?) help button.
2. Select Search, then click on Contact Us.
3. Write down the topic/issue you want to be assisted with inside the help box. Then hit Continue.
4. Choose the option on how you would like to connect with us.
5. Follow instructions as prompted.
