What’s with new set up it’s terrible! My screen keeps freezing, won’t let me enter details etc

Hi @stephen40,

 

QuickBooks is gradually moving to a new interface, so things may look different. However, you can switch back to the previous setup if you'd like.

 

Please note that the new setup is being rolled out in phases, and QuickBooks will eventually transition everyone to it, so the option to switch back may be temporary.

 

Here's how to switch to the old setup:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right.
  2. Find Switch to the previous QuickBooks experience section at the bottom.
  3. Click Switch.

 

If your screen keeps freezing in the new setup and prevents you from entering details, try refreshing your browser, then sign out and sign back in. If that doesn't help, use a different browser to rule-out browser-specific issues.
