When printing delivery note, I get 'ways to pay' being printed on the form bottom left, I cant seem to find anywhere to remove it.Any clues?

2. Click the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
   
3. Choose the template and click Edit.
   
4. Navigate to the Content section and click the pencil icon to remove.
