Unresponsive buttons are often caused by a corrupted cache or data issue. To resolve this, we recommend clearing the app's cache to reset the app to its current state. This process will refresh the app without deleting your company data.

 

Here's how:

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Tap on the Settings icon and then go to General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage and then find and tap the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
  3. Tap on the Offload App option to refresh the app's data.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Go to Applications.
  3. Look for the QBO app.
  4. Tap Clear data to reset the app to its initial state.

 

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. This will ensure that you have the most updated version.
