Why can’t I upgrade my subscription?

Hello Dmwtenerife-gmai, thanks for reaching out to QuickBooks Community page about upgrading the subscription. We're sorry to hear you are having difficulty upgrading.  Can we check are you the primary admin on the account? Are the QuickBooks subscription bills paid by you directly through QuickBooks? Or is it paid through Apple or Google play billing or through an accountant?
