why cant i find my payments tab or set up ACH payments please?

Hi there, @higherlife03. The option to process customer payments using ACH payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO) United Kingdom (UK) is unavailable.

In the UK version, you won’t find a Payments tab in the Accounts and Settings. Instead, to manage payments, you'll navigate to the Invoice page where you can access the payment options directly.

While you can accept electronic payments such as direct debit and PayPal directly from an invoice. You can also use GoCardless for recurring invoices and direct debit payments.

Meanwhile, consider looking for a third-party application that you can integrate with the program. To find the right app for your business, hover over the Apps menu in your QBO account. You can browse the available apps and select one that meets your requirements for processing customer payments.
